Born in Helena, MT. Christopher Munzenrider, AKA The Epitome of Sound, has a broad musical backround. Starting with piano studying the Suzuki Method when he was 6, he's been involved in the music industry one way or another his entire life playing everything from guitar to drums to keyboards. He was drummer for Minneapolis, MN. based Herofactor, a heavy sound similar to Rage Against the Machine, for 5 years until they broke up in 1998. After that, and a move to Phoenix, AZ. Christopher went solo with his creation, The Epitome of Sound.
 
Chris composes all of the original songs himself, while using a mixture of live instruments, keyboards, drum machines, samplers, and a powerhorse of a computer. Because of the complexity of his creations and the fact that he is solo, he is unable to perform live. He hopes to one day use his gift to score movies, video games, and television shows. TEOS is currently looking for a record label to call home.
